POKE:  Hawaiian word meaning cut, cubed or sliced. Traditionally seasoned with Hawaiian salt, limu kohu (seaweed), Inamona (roasted kukui nut) and/or other ingredients available. Contemporary ingredients can vary from onions & soy sauce to avocado aioli, peppers, seeds and everything in between.
